INGREDIENTS

50ml Mirari Pink Damask Rose Gin
1 tbsp Blackberry Gin Jam
25ml Simple Syrup (optional for added sweetness)
Soda Water Or Tonic Water
Mixed Berries & a Sprig of Mint to Garnish


METHOD

  1. Combine the Gin, Blackberry Jam & Simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Dry shake well (no ice).
  3. Add ice to shaker & shake well.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with Ice.
  5. Top with either soda water or tonic water.
  6. Garnish with mixed berries & a sprig of mint.
